Manufacturing warranty

All our products have a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects. In the case of jewelry products, this warranty depends on the quality of the materials used.

In Monperla we work with the following materials: for jewels elaborated with freshwater pearls, japanese coral and turquoises: 18 carat pure gold and 750 thousandths, with white and yellow, 950 thousandth gold-plated pure silver and circonites.

For the jewels elaborated with australian pearls: 18 carat pure gold and 750 thousandths in white and fine brilliants with different sizes.

Every MONPERLA necklace is hand-made tied in knots. The certificate of authenticity and quality that is enclosed with all our products specifies its quality. If you detect some lack that can be attributable to a bad manufacturing or a deficiency of the materials, contact us info@monperla.es and we will offer you a solution as soon as possible.
