Purchases in the on-line shop are made through the popular and safe payment method Paypal. Paypal protects your payment in the unlikely case that something would go wrong. This system allows the following credits cards and they are accepted by Paypal.

Other methods of payment

Monperla has other methods of payment apart from Paypal. These are:
- C.O.D.: this method of payment has a limit of 600€ (see Postage and packing). And it is carried out by the post office when the order is delivered.
- Bank Draft: A deposit with the total amount of the order must be done at the following bank account: La Caixa, 2100 2475 86 0210107356. For abroad purchases, you must use the following IBAN number: ES8921002475860210107356. Your order would arrive earlier if we receive the supporting evidence of the bank draft through the following fax number 957780641, 0034957780641 if your order is away from Spain, or you can send it to info@monperla.es.

Prices shown in Monperla VAT excluded.

Postage and packing

In Monperla postage and packing is free, only in Spain, for orders of more than 300,00€, (VAT excluded), except from the C.O.D. payment, which includes a cost of 5,80€. This method has a purchase limit of 600,00€ (VAT included). For the rest of orders the cost is 4,50 €.

The order is sent by Correos España. The home delivery has a delivery date between 3 and 5 working days in Spain.

Monperla has a 24 hours express service (only if the order is made before 12:00 a.m.) with a cost of 10,00€ of postage and packaging.

For international orders (See) postage and packaging and delivery dates will be calculated according to the destiny. The delivery date in Europe is between 8 and 10 working days. The rest according to the destiny and dutiable.

All our products are sent together with an exclusive jewel box and a quality of authenticity and quality.

Receipt

Receipts are made according to the personal data supplied by customer at the moment of the registration. Customers receive a receipt together with its order. This is sent by GIFTS ON LINE S.L. corporation owner of the trademark MONPERLA.

Manufacturer warranty

All our products have a two-year warranty for manufacturing defects. In the case of jewelry products, this warranty depends on the quality of the materials used. It is said that a jewel is forever, and we want to be this way. If you detect a defect attributable to a bad manufacturing or a deficiency of the materials, please contact us and we solve your problem as soon as possible. MONPERLA reserves the right to decide if the incidence corresponds to a manufacturing defect or another cause.

Refunds

Before refunding a product, you must write to info@monperla.es, in order to show evidence of the refund. The refund period of any product is 15 days from it is received, being the customer responsible of postage and packing. The payment of the price is made before confirmation of it has been received. Inside the return parcel must be the bank account where the refund must be paid. When any product arrives in bad conditions, the period to communicate it is 48 hours. In this case MONPERLA will take over postage and packing. If you pay by paypal refund willl be done by paypal.

General Conditions

These general conditions are applied in all products and services described in our advertisements, budgets, internet or on a verbally way. Any modification will be made in writing by MONPERLA. Any other terms or conditions are excluded. Those terms of use are subject to changes made by MONPERLA without notice, respecting all agreements and transactions previously closed.

Orders

Orders would be accepted in writing via e-mail. MONPERLA reserves the right to refund the money and cancel the order. This right will be carried out over irregularities in the procedure or under crime suspicion.

Price validity and payment terms

Budgets or special offers are valid only in writing and during the indicated period. If no period is indicated, this will consists of 30 days. The payment will be made at the moment of order the product. MONPERLA can cancel the delivery till its total payment.

If the cause of the delay would last more than 2 months, this deal could be solved by any part, without right to compensation.

If you are a customer, any provision of this contract affects any judicial resolution in the matter of customers in no way.
